Shipping Policy
WoodGlitter will ship products to the given address at time of purchase. Allow for 3-5 days for preparation and shipping. Modification to shipping times will be provided, especially on Made to Order/ Custom work orders, and communicated to purchaser. Shipping is available for US only.
Any custom tables may be freight carried, or hand delivered, depending upon location.
Return Policy
All work is handcrafted and photographs of work are examples of product, but may not be exact for the one you receive. Color pigmentation and woodgrain can differ on every piece. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your items, you may return your order for a refund on all eligible merchandise (Original shipping charges are non-refundable).
Customers may return their unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. Product refunds to the original payment method only.
